This company was inspired by our own family’s needs to lead a more eco-friendly, balanced and sustainable life. We should all feel joyful and satisfied with the goods and products that we utilize in our home life for ourselves and our family.

Our goal is to empower “you” the consumer to choose eco-friendly options that will enrich your life. We are able self-care and caring for our environment. We offer a variety of “ecojoyous” options for everyday living, most of which are “handmade” artisan goods created by the founder and owner – Hope Suson

Our Location

In The Heart Of Old Sacramento

Our refillery store will be conveniently located in the heart of Old Sacramento’s bustling riverfront district. The 1200 sq ft space at 106 L Street spans two floors, giving us ample room for our retail shop and refill station on theground floor as well as our community classroom/ studio space upstairs. The high foot traffic along the riverfront makes our storefront visible to the thousands of locals and tourists frequenting Old Sacramento daily. Our prominent first-floor shop brings awareness to our eco-friendly products and refilling services. The open layout and large windows create an inviting, well-lit interior ideal for browsing our wide selection of package-free grocery items. The checkout counter is centrally located for efficient transactions.

Our second-floor space provides a bright, modern studio for hosting workshops and events focused on sustainability, upcycling, and zero-waste living. The classroom area accommodates up to 30 guests for hands-on learning sessions. Old Sacramento’s rich history couples perfectly with our vision to reduce waste and reconnect with traditional package-free shopping. We’re proud to operate our sustainability-focused business in the heart of the city.

Hope, our creative visionary Artisan, teacher, innovative business owner, has years of experience in retail as well as education. Her expertise building brands, optimizing operations, and leading teams will drive Ecojoyous to achieve our mission.

Doug will be our Senior Sales Manager. With 20+ years of managing retail & sales group Doug excels at delivering exceptional customer service, training staff, and optimizing sales strategies.
